Monthly Virtual Yoga/ Somatic Movement Practice
2nd Monday of each month

Join me for a monthly virtual (via zoom) 60-minute body and breath focused practice. This class is through the Institute of Transformative Consciousness a non-profit organization that supports folks that are looking for community and to go a bit deeper on their healing journey.
If you are a Community Monthly Member through ITC this class is included. Drop-in rate for non-members is also available.
A beautiful way to ground your energy, move your body, and set an intention for the month ahead .
Yin & Sound Series
July 24 & August 21
Join me and fellow sound practitioners Jennifer Kahn, Kirk Jones, and Lily Carter for this nourishing outdoor series at the Burlington Surf Club.
While living within a culture that is yang dominant, Yin is, in my opinion, a supportive and necessary practice for our bodies and nervous systems.
This series is an invitation to slow down and return to presence so that you can continue to enjoy the magic of this season with perhaps a bit more intention and at a pace that feels supportive for you.
Yin yoga is a slow practice that invites us to find stillness in supported shapes with the help of props. Because these offerings are held outdoors and props may not always be available, some gentle movement will be incorporated as well. There will be a focus on breath as we practice bringing awareness into our bodies and learn to notice and navigate the felt sensations that arise.
While resting in certain shapes, you will have the option to receive healing vibration from tuning forks placed on the body. The vibrational frequency of each fork invites softness into the nervous system, helping to relax the muscles and ease tension.
Each gathering will conclude with a 20-30 minute immersive sound bath as you rest completely. The August session will also include sound woven throughout the practice.
These workshops will be moved indoors if it rains.

Reiki & Restorative

At Laughing River Yoga
An invitation to conciously rest and fill your own inner resevoir. Join us for this repleneshing two hour offering.
Restorative yoga invites you to simply rest and be. The props support the physical body in gently unfurling throughout each shape and breath. Releasing tension and unconcious habitual gripping in the body. The intention with this is that the nervous system begins to regulate, turning on our parasympathetic nervous system that tells the body its safe to rest.
While in shapes I will come around and offer reiki to each person. Reiki is an ancient modality that came from Japan. It encourages relaxation and supports the natural flow of energy within the body. It helps to clear density and restore balance, creating space for ease.
This offering will close with an extended savasana and sound bath, using crystal bowls and various other instruments, allowing the body to fully integrate and simply be.
Together, these practices offer a powerful yet gentle experience that nurtures the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic layers of being.
