Service Description
Are you looking for an opportunity to deepen your practices? Or perhaps you are just getting into yoga and would prefer to work 1:1 before hopping in on a group class. This offering is entirely customizable, meeting you where you are at in your practice, and supporting your needs and desires in terms of where you want to go. Prior to the session you will be prompted to fill out a survey so Crystal can get a better idea of what it is you are looking for. She is also open to having a conversation over the phone if that is your prefered means of connection. Looking forward to connecting!
